The Give It To The People Podcast is back for 2026, and this season, we’re turning the volume all the way up! Our 2026 Word of the Year: INFLUENCE! You’ve got it, and we want to share it.

1. PURPOSE

This release form grants permission to Give It To The People®, Give It Get It Biz®, and Self-Help Credit Union (“the Producers”) to record, edit, distribute, and publicly display interviews, videos, photographs, and audio recordings featuring the undersigned participant (“the Guest”) as part of the Give It To The People LIVE Podcast.

2. CONSENT TO RECORD AND DISTRIBUTE

I understand and agree that:

  • My interview and participation in this podcast may be recorded in audio, video, and photography formats.

  • The Producers may use, reproduce, edit, or distribute my appearance, voice, image, and likeness for any lawful purpose, including marketing, educational, and promotional use across social media, websites, YouTube, email newsletters, and other platforms.

3. RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

I acknowledge that:

  • All recordings and related content are the property of the Producers.

  • I will not receive any royalties, payments, or compensation for use of the materials.

  • I may share publicly available clips and promotional content provided by the Producers to highlight my appearance.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release and discharge the Producers, their employees, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from participation in the podcast or use of my recorded materials.

5. TERM

This release is perpetual and applies worldwide to all media currently known or later developed.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and that I understand and agree to the terms of this release.
